  Horrible customer service. We received a departing gift from an out of town visitor. We went to the Lacoste store to change the size of the item and the store refused to help us without a purchase receipt even though the item had all the original tags and was still in the gift box. They told us that we would need to contact our friend in Mexico and have him directly contact the store and give them authorization to look up the original transaction. Don't shop here. Spend your money at a store that actually wants customers.

  No new collections, employees don't know their inventory. Bad and rude customer service from asian lady who works there. This shop is a disgrace to Lacoste brand.
