They initially charged me $$ for toner to apparently test my printer. No return calls or texts for an update. I gave up after 3 months and decided to leave the paper weight behind. I am VERY satisfied with my new HP printer. Stay away from this place if you're looking for efficient / prompt service. GOOGLE WOULDN'T LET ME RATE IT ZERO STARS.............
