  This morning my computer completely crashed and was frozen. All of my business and email docs are on this computer as well as pictures of my kids etc. I had not backed up the computer for several months and had a complete panic attack (think sobbing mess and that was me). I called BC Geek to see when they opened and someone answered the phone before 9:00am. I learned they have a 24/7 call line and the person who answered assured me they would help me right when they opened up shop. I brought my computer in to Michael who assured me that it was a virus and that he could recover my documents. Michael's confidence helped to calm me down and at the end of the day I now have my computer back fully functioning. The craziest part was how little he charged me, this place is amazing value for what they do. Thanks a million!
