I was very impressed with Pearl's attention to details as well as her nice personality. The pictures were very nice and very satisfactory. What I like most is that she always make time for our ask for modification and responded in the most polite ways and satisfied our requests.

If I could give this store zero stars, I definitely would. They have terrible customer service and do not deliver on their promises. They promised to provide me with alternations included when I purchased my dress. As well they promised to keep the box sealed so I could open the box with my bridesmaids. When the dress came in they pretended to lose my sales slip and tried to charge me for alternations. Luckily I brought a copy. They also opened the box saying it was necessary, which they didn't say when I made the purchase. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
