  Harold was great to work with. While appraising the piece of jewelry Harold explained things in detail and reasons for his grading. As well he was able to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Harold and would definitely have him appraise any future pieces. A key aspect to Harold is that he appraises the piece on the spot and you do not need to leave it for an extended period of time which is what’s I found with other appraisers.

  I had been told various different stories about my wedding set I knew I needed a proper appraisal, so after some research I decided to go see Harold at Imperial Gem Lab to get a proper appraisal. Harold took the time to explain everything in detail, he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I am definitely happy with my appraisal so much so that i intend on having more pieces of jewelry appraised by him. Thanks!!!
