  Tried to speak to someone at local branch to talk about my invoice; told to call head office; I did so; head office told me to call the local branch and speak to the branch manager; called local branch again; branch manager not in so I asked for his cell or email address; was told she cannot(assume receptionist) give that info out; she could not tell me why;asked for MY contact info and he would call me; it is ridiculous that a paying(actually paid) customer cannot contact the local manager on one's own initiative. This is customer service? In all fairness, the work done was fine. It is the customer service by management(not by the field person who was great) that needs attention.

  I am not sure about their services, but just as the other two reviewers mentioned, the stuff might be rude. I was driving behind one of their cars and the driver never signalled when changing lanes. That's impolite, to say the least.
